Job Description

All'interno del Marketing team e come CRM Specialist, la figura di occuperà di supportare il set-up e l'esecuzione della strategia di customer relationship management in ottica multi channel, includendo email, SMS e push notifications.


  • hands-on execution of all campaigns
  • Setup and maintenance of triggered and recurring communications
  • Collaboration to the definition of communication calendar per country, liaising with Editorial
  • Creation of copy and scheduling of communications
  • Definition of targeting strategy and creation of clusters
  • Review of templates and continuous improvement
  • Monitoring of results and ongoing reporting
  • Management of communication platforms per channel
  • Analisi e report dei principali KPIs relativi alle campagne online, web properties e CRM;
  • Gestione e coordinamento dei rapporti con fornitori, concessionarie e Headquarter in ambito digital marketing;
  • Own and share best practices within digital marketing communications

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant business experience preferably in ecommerce or KPIs driven organizations
  • Previous experience in CRM and database's management within digital companies or agencies
  • Perfect understanding of performance driven email marketing and digital business KPIs
  • Experience in marketable database growth (acquisition) strategies, and in executing email marketing campaigns such as triggered, newsletter, promotional, and post-purchase streams, measuring performance and optimizing to KPI targets
  • Highly motivated and passionate digital communication specialists
  • Creative and analytical
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English written expression
  • Desired familiarity with customer relationship management systems, including segmentation
  • ADOBE suite tools is a plus
  • Automotive market knowledge is a plus
